This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any mobile carrier, social media platform, or equipment manufacturer.

2. Agreement to Rules

By entering the Tri-Cities Homeowner Giveaway (the "Promotion"), you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out below.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on September 7, 2026 and continues until the Closing Date designated by Sponsor.

Sponsor will post the Closing Date at www.allsethome.com/giveaway at least thirty (30) calendar days before entries close. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the Closing Date. Sponsor's computer and records are the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are all of the following:

1. Legal residents of Benton County or Franklin County, Washington;
2. Eighteen (18) years of age or older;
3. The owner of record of, and residing in, a single-family residence located within AllSet Home's service area; and
4. The owner of a residence served by existing ductwork capable of accepting a central air conditioning system.

Not eligible: renters and non-owner occupants; owners of multi-family, commercial, or manufactured/mobile properties not served by ductwork capable of accepting a central air conditioning system; and employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members.

Void outside Benton and Franklin Counties, Washington, and void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both are free, and both carry the same chance of winning.

(a) By text message

Text the keyword FREE AC to 509-792-3612 and reply to the confirmation message with the requested entry information (name, service address, and email address). Your entry is complete when Sponsor sends a confirmation message.

Sponsor charges no fee of any kind to enter. Message and data rates may apply depending on your own mobile plan and carrier; those rates are paid to your carrier, not to Sponsor. By texting the keyword you consent to receive text messages from Sponsor relating to this Promotion. Consent to receive promotional or marketing messages is NOT required to enter or win and is requested separately. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.

(b) By direct mail: free alternate method of entry

Hand-print your full name, complete street address, city, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and the words "Tri-Cities Homeowner Giveaway" on a 3" × 5" card, and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the Closing Date and received within seven (7) calendar days after the Closing Date. Each entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, or bulk-submitted entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

Entries submitted by any other method (including email, telephone, social media, or web form) will not be accepted.

6. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per household, regardless of entry method, for the entire Promotion Period. A "household" means all persons residing at the same street address. Duplicate entries from the same household will be consolidated into a single entry. Any entrant found to be using multiple identities, addresses, phone numbers, automated systems, or other means to submit more than one entry will be disqualified and all of that entrant's entries void.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within ten (10) business days after the Closing Date. All decisions of the drawing administrator are final and binding.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) residential central air conditioning system, consisting of a new outdoor condensing unit and a matched indoor evaporator coil sized for the winner's home, supplied and professionally installed by AllSet Home's licensed technicians.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $9,000. The actual value of the prize will be substantiated by Sponsor's invoice for the completed installation and will vary depending on the winner's home, existing equipment, and system requirements. No cash, credit, or other substitution will be paid for any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize awarded.

8.1 What the prize includes

• A new outdoor air conditioning condensing unit and a matched indoor evaporator coil, sized for the winner's home
• Standard installation labor
• Standard installation materials and connections to existing ductwork, refrigerant line set, and electrical service
• Required permits and inspections
• Removal and disposal of the replaced equipment
• System startup, commissioning, and homeowner walkthrough
• The equipment manufacturer's warranty on the installed equipment, and a one (1) year AllSet Home labor warranty on the installation

8.2 What the prize does NOT include

The following are outside the scope of the prize. If the winner's home requires any of them, Sponsor will provide a written quote and the winner may either pay for that work or decline the prize:

• Replacement, resizing, relocation, sealing, or modification of existing ductwork beyond the standard connections at the equipment
• Electrical service panel upgrades, new circuits, or service entrance work
• Furnace, air handler, or any other heating equipment; the prize is the air conditioning system only
• New refrigerant line set routed through finished walls, ceilings, or slabs
• Asbestos, mold, pest, or hazardous-material abatement
• Structural, framing, roofing, concrete, drywall, paint, or landscaping work
• Crawlspace or attic access modifications
• Zoning systems, ductless or mini-split systems, air quality equipment, thermostats beyond the standard included model, or any additional equipment
• Code-required corrections to pre-existing conditions unrelated to the equipment being installed
• Any work required by a homeowners association, landlord, or third party as a condition of the installation

Any cost above the $9,000 ARV, and any cost for excluded work the winner elects to have performed, is the sole responsibility of the winner and is payable to Sponsor before installation begins.

8.3 Prize conditions

Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time and completed within Sponsor's normal service hours, subject to equipment availability. The winner must:

• Own the property and be authorized to permit the installation;
• Provide safe, reasonable, and unobstructed access to all work areas;
• Obtain any required homeowners association, landlord, or third-party approvals at the winner's own expense; and
• Execute Sponsor's standard installation agreement.

Sponsor will not substitute a ductless or mini-split system, or any other system type, for the advertised prize. If Sponsor determines in its reasonable judgment that the winner's property cannot accept a central air conditioning system, or cannot safely or lawfully accommodate the installation, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with §9.

9. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner will be notified by telephone, text message, and email using the contact information supplied at entry, within three (3) business days after the drawing.

The potential winner must respond and complete the claim requirements within thirty (30) calendar days of the first notification attempt. Claim requirements are: (a) execution of an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release; (b) submission of a completed IRS Form W-9; and (c) verification of property ownership and eligibility.

A potential winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, if the potential winner: cannot be reached after three (3) documented attempts; does not respond or complete the claim requirements within the thirty (30) day window; is found ineligible; declines the prize; or returns notification as undeliverable. Sponsor may repeat this process until the prize is awarded or the entries are exhausted.

10. Publicity Release

Acceptance of the prize is conditioned on the winner's agreement that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner's name, city of residence, voice, photograph, video, likeness, statements, and testimonial for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

This condition applies to acceptance of the prize only. It is not a condition of entering the Promotion.

11. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The ARV of the prize exceeds $600, so Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 reporting the actual value of the prize awarded. The winner must supply a completed IRS Form W-9 with a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded. Sponsor recommends the winner consult a tax advisor.

12. Prize Transfer and Substitution

The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or exchanged. No cash equivalent or substitution is available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. This substitution right applies to equipment availability only and does not extend to substituting a ductless, mini-split, or other system type for a home that cannot accept a central air conditioning system; that circumstance is governed by §8.3.

13. Privacy and Use of Information

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at www.allsethome.com/privacy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your information to administer the Promotion and to contact you about your entry.

Entering does not sign you up for marketing. Marketing calls, texts, and emails are a separate, optional opt-in that you may decline without affecting your entry or your chance of winning, and that you may withdraw at any time.

14. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion, participation in the Promotion, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for: entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or not received for any reason; technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or transmission failures; typographical or printing errors in any Promotion materials; or any other error or malfunction affecting the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.

15. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

16. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned for any reason (including infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, and to award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Washington for any dispute arising out of the Promotion.

Entrants agree that any and all disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and that any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering.

18. Relationship to Other AllSet Home Promotions

This Promotion is separate from and independent of any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Entering this Promotion neither requires nor affects participation in any other AllSet Home promotion, and participation in another promotion does not affect an entrant's chances in this one.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Winner's Name

To request the name of the winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winner's Request: Tri-Cities Homeowner Giveaway, AllSet Home LLC, 5715 Bedford Street, Suite 2, Pasco, WA 99301, within ninety (90) days after the Closing Date.

21. Official Rules Availability

These Official Rules are available for the duration of the Promotion Period at www.allsethome.com/giveaway and by written request to the address in §1.
