Mark Thompson didn't inherit a company. He built his trade the hard way, learning electrical work job by job and building installation crews known for treating customers right. He watched what happens when companies chase growth at the expense of the customer. When that chapter closed, he knew exactly what he wanted to build instead.

Mark is an 01 Journeyman Electrician with a background in home service, solar, electrical upgrades, and new construction wiring. His personable smile and attention to detail make him one of the most loved team members here at AllSet Home. Mark moved his family to the Tricities 9 years ago from Texas, and he has fallen in love with the community. As a father of 3 beautiful girls, him and his wife enjoy time out on the river and being involved in the community.

With 10+ years of experience in HVAC and electrical, Jessica is passionate about the customer experience and delivering a quality product. Jessica and her husband are raising 3 amazing children here in the Tricities, and are dedicated to being all-in for the community that they serve.
Blas Olivera
HVAC Service & Installation Manager
Blas is known around the Tricities as the Houdini of the HVAC industry because he is able to perform magic on your homes... bringing many units back from the dead. With 22+ years of experience, we are blessed to have Blas on the team. Not only is Blas a ninja in the field, he is the father and coach of 4 club soccer players and one baby boy. Blas is a native to Pasco and been with his wife for 25 years. You may run into him at "La Pulga" the Pasco Flea Market on Saturdays where he has helped run it for the last 30+ years.
