Panels don't usually fail all at once. They warn you first. Here's what those warnings look like.

  • Breakers trip when big loads start. AC, dryer, microwave: if starting one flips a breaker, the panel is likely at its limit.
  • Warm outlets or a warm panel door. Heat where it shouldn't be is an electrical red flag that deserves same-week attention.

    How do I know if I need 200-amp service?
    Add up what your home runs: central AC or a heat pump, electric range, dryer, water heater, maybe a shop or an EV. If that list has grown since the panel went in, the free assessment will tell you where you stand. Sometimes the honest answer is that your panel is fine.
    What does a panel upgrade cost?
    It depends on your service size, meter location, and what your utility requires at the connection, so we quote a flat rate in writing after the free assessment. Financing on approved credit through third-party lending partners can spread the cost into a monthly payment.
    How long is the power off?
    Most single-panel swaps are done in a day, with power off for part of it. We confirm the schedule with you and your utility ahead of time so the outage lands when it hurts least.
    Do you handle the permit and inspection?
    Yes, always. Panel work in Washington requires a permit and a state electrical inspection, and we handle both. An unpermitted panel swap can bite you at insurance-claim or home-sale time, so we don't skip it and neither should anyone you hire.
